Registration Fees
Málaga is a popular tourist destination, which can make finding accommodation in June quite challenging. To address this, we have chosen the Diocesan House as the conference venue. This site offers both excellent conference facilities and reasonably priced accommodations, and it is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The venue has a limited number of rooms available: 34 single rooms and 72 double rooms, what makes a total capacity of 178 people. Due to the limited number of rooms, we highly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your stay in one of these rooms.
Registration Packages
- R: Conference registration only (no accommodation).
- R+D: Includes conference registration and a bed in a double room with private bathroom.
- SRA: Participants who wish to book accommodation in a single room can now do so by selecting the newly added option “Accommodation in single room” in the registration form. Those who have already completed their registration (R package) should simply submit the form again, selecting only this new option. Participants who have not yet registered and would like a single room should check both “Registration” and “Accommodation in single room” when filling out the form. Please note that availability is limited and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The prices listed in the table are in euros. The student category includes undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students. To qualify for the student rates, a certificate from the university verifying the student’s enrollment status must be attached to the registration form. Individuals selecting the double room accommodation option and wishing to share with a specific roommate should provide their roommate’s name on the registration form. If no roommate is specified, one will be assigned by the event organizers.
Guest tickets for the gala dinner are available for purchase at 120 euros.
Important Dates
Early Bird Registration Deadline: March 31, 2024.
Final Registration Deadline: May 15, 2024. Registration will be closed after this date.
Cancellation Policy
Before May 15: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
After May 15: No refunds will be issued
if you have submitted an abstract, at least one of the co-authors must be registered in order to have the abstract included in the conference proceedings..
