Abstract submission and acceptance guidelines
Prepare Your Abstract: The abstract must be prepared using the template provided below and should not exceed two pages. The first author must be the presenting author. Please ensure to include the paper title, authors’ names, and affiliations at the beginning.

Submit Your Abstract: Use the abstract submission form to upload your document as a PDF file. The filename should include the name and surname of the first author, followed by the initials of their institution (e.g., «JuanRodriguezUMA.pdf»). Indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation. The final decision will be made by the scientific committee based on the content and relevance of the abstract. Ensure your abstract is submitted by the deadline: January 31st, 2025.
Review and Acceptance: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by March 15th, 2025. Accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Book of Abstracts, provided the authors register and pay the conference fees. Each registered participant is permitted only one oral presentation. Presenting authors must register for the conference by June 1st, 2025, to ensure their abstract is included in the program.
